Would all club Secretaries please advise their membership of the attached documents and the content of this communication. I have made special mention of the legality of our voting procedures as it is a most important aspect of SCF operations and affects us all. There is a lot of misinformation out there and to avoid being misled through incorrect interpretations I would ask that if any members have concerns with any aspect of our operations they direct them to the committee after first discussing it at club level. You can see from the following how easily we can inadvertently do the wrong thing if procedures are not investigated correctly. |

| Special Meeting
Would all club secretaries please make their members aware of the details of the attached documents. A petition was received to call a special meeting (see attached). The signatories of this petition appear to be questioning how this current committee is conducting the affairs of the SCF. It is stressed by all members of the SCF Committee that we have administered the affairs of the SCF with due diligence and have adhered to our constitution in respect to all matters. Please read the attached minutes carefully and your attendance at an Extra Ordinary General Meeting on 5th May, 2009 at 7:30pm Fraternity Bowling Club is requested.
